A word of explanation regarding this policy:

Over the past several years, requests for ticket refunds and exchanges have more than tripled. Because we believe in paying an artist a fair and equitable guaranteed fee, if they are here and able to play, we must honor that guarantee. Due to the current financial environment, we cannot be as flexible as we were in the past.

If you cannot use your tickets due to illness, another commitment, or any other reason, we would be happy to donate your ticket to a student who would like to attend the event. Please contact us at 802-656-4455 or lane.series@uvm.edu to make those arrangements.
