The Advisory Board of the Fleming Museum of Art is comprised of art loving and community service- oriented individuals for the purpose of championing the work of the Museum and providing overall guidance and support to the Museum’s Director regarding the Museum’s strategy, programs, and outcomes.
Advisory Board
Led by a Board Chair, its volunteer membership serves at-large and includes leaders and professionals from the fields of arts and culture, nonprofit and museum management, business, philanthropy, humanities, education, sciences and more who collectively support the Museum’s mission in a supportive capacity.
Serving on the Fleming’s Advisory Board is intended to be fun, engaging, and inspiring. The Fleming is an organization examining what it means to be an academic and community museum in the 21st century and exploring how a museum can be a welcoming, inclusive space that contributes to student success and overall quality of life.
