Join Osher Center for Integrative Health faculty and students for a fun, experiential, and inspiring health and wellness coaching program. The 12-week, evidence-based coaching process is based on the Open Source Wellness model and will:
- Provide individual coaching to support your health-related goals.
- Empower you to make the changes that are important to you.
- Connect you with resources and community.
6 group and 6 individual coaching sessions help you make healthy behavioral changes so you can thrive. This dynamic program is free for UVM AND UVMMC employees and runs twice a year.
Participants work to create and sustain changes in areas such as
- Nutrition
- Physical activity
- Stress reduction
- Social connection
Structured to fit into busy schedules, the online weekly Health & Wellness Coaching sessions are packed with compassionate support from the UVM community.
Spring 2025 Employee Coaching Connection runs from February 4, 2025 - April 29, 2025, alternating weekly between group or individual sessions. All sessions are held over Zoom.
The entire package is free to UVM employees ($950 value).

Before the Program Starts:
Kickstart your journey with a personalized 15-minute intake session, designed to set the foundation for your 12-week UVM Employee Coaching Connection Program. In this session, you'll meet your personal coach, share your reasons for joining and be able to ask any questions you might have about the program. This session is great opportunity to set yourself up for success in the weeks ahead!
Six (6) Group Meetings:
Every other week. Tuesdays, 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Each hour session consists of movement, mindfulness, short education segments and small group coaching.
Six (6) Individual Coaching Sessions:
After the first group session, you will have six individual 1-on-1 sessions with your coach, scheduled every other week. Your first individual sessions is 1 hour, followed by every other week check-in sessions that last 20-30 minutes.
