In the winter of 1986 the first of many women gathered at the indoor tack in the gym and started playing ultimate. From the beginning they were hooked on this marvelous sport. From Rods and Rocks to Cool Runnings to Aphrodisciacs and finally Ruckus womens Ultimate at UVM has undergone many changes to get us where we are at today.
