BIO

Brittany (she/her) serves as a Professional Academic Advisor for first- and second-year students in the Rubenstein School. She also provides programming for student and community wellness, manages the RSENR Gear Library, and is staff advisor to the Student Advisory Board and Peer Mentoring programs.

Prior to this position, Brittany was a consulting ecologist in Vermont, specializing in wetlands, GIS analysis, and rare species surveillance. She worked closely with engineers, landowners, and state officials to protect and restore habitats through permitting, mapping, and ground-truthing.

Brittany graduated from the Rubenstein School in 2017, earning her B.S. in Environmental Studies. She concentrated in Ecology & Conservation and received minors in Soil Science and Geography. Brittany also holds two certificates in Integrative Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching, from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the University of Vermont.

Outside of work, Brittany loves to read, garden, exercise and explore the outdoors with her partner and two cats.
