Juckett Travel Awards for Trainees

Juckett travel awards are available to all trainee members who have been accepted to present a poster or give a talk at a conference for cancer-related research. Trainees will be awarded $500 to present a poster and $750 to give a talk.

Juckett travel awards are available to trainee members who have been accepted to present a poster or give a talk at a conference for cancer-related research. Trainees will be awarded $500 to present a poster and $750 to give a talk. Please see the travel award application below for details on payment options.

Juckett Travel Award Applications must be submitted electronically as a single packet to crtec@med.uvm.edu. Applicants requesting advanced payment must submit their completed application no later than 3 weeks prior to the conference start date. Applications for reimbursement must be submitted within 30 days following the conference end date. The application packet must include the following:

  • Application form, including student statement

  • Link to meeting agenda or other informational materials

  • Abstract

  • Supporting documentation

  • Confirmation of acceptance of poster/presentation

  • IRB research protocol approval if applicable
