Waterman 352 and 344C - Post-Abatement Restoration Work

When:

December 13, 2024 - February 15, 2025

Description of Work: 

Rm. 352 flooring replacement & paint touch up on 12/20 & 12/23, and Rm. 344C replacement of casework & finishes on 12/13/24 - 2/15/2025 after abatement on 12/16 - 12/19. Some localized construction noise and activity impacts will occur, and these will be managed as best they can by the contractor.
