Are you a current 9th-12th grader or connected with one?

Interested in how new technologies can help feed Vermont and solve our agriculture’s challenges?

Want to build your skills and gain valuable experience that can make your college application stronger?

You are invited to join us as we launch the AgroTek Youth-Led Conference.

Youth workshop leaders selected by the planning committee will present interactive workshops on a topic they choose in the area of Vermont agriculture and technology. ($75 stipend) 

Are you interested in presenting a workshop? Topics may include topics covered in the AgroTek summer academies and/ or other youth presenter interests in Vermont agriculture and technology. Examples: cell biology, waste management, healthy soils, precision agriculture, natural dyes, systems thinking, seedkeeping, sensors, herd health, welding, genetics… it’s up to you!

Audience: students age 14-18/ grade 9-12. Teachers or other adults attending as chaperones will have their own separate activities. 

UVM Extension 4-H is providing supervision and planning support.
