Kelsey Rumley (she/her) is a family nurse practitioner and clinical assistant professor in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She earned her B.A. with a concentration in Public Health and China Studies from Hampshire College, an innovative liberal arts college in Amherst, MA where students design their own programs of study. In 2023, Kelsey received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from UVM and joined the Department of Nursing as full-time faculty. She is also a primary care provider at Appletree Bay Primary Care, the UVM CNHS faculty practice.
