BIO

As a senior Training and Outreach Specialist with the Child Welfare Training Partnership (CWTP), Tammy is part of a team responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of a state-wide, comprehensive training program for foster, kin and adoptive parents.

CWTP provides training, coaching and consultation, partnering with Vermont's Department for Children and Families in collaborative work with care providers, community partners and youth justice stakeholders to advance trauma-informed care for some of the most vulnerable youth in the state.
