Julia Stein (she/her) serves as the Assistant to the Chair of the Department of Education. In this role, she works closely with the chair and supports faculty operations. Before joining UVM, Julia worked for the Burlington School District as the Guidance Administrative Assistant at Edmunds Middle School, where she gained a passion for education and an interest in creating a more inclusive and just educational community.
Born and raised in Vermont, she earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology at the University of Vermont.
