Anne Dubie has a sustained record of impactful service to the Center on Disability and Community Inclusion (CDCI) and the Building Effective Supports for Teaching (BEST) Project. Her work over more than a quarter century has been greatly beneficial to students and educators in schools across the state.

Holding much of the historical knowledge of the BEST Project, Anne provides in-depth expertise for budgeting and financial processes. Her innovative ideas and practices have been instrumental in helping to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize resources. She also strives to improve accessibility for the website, resources and materials while bringing humor, kindness, and caring support.
