BIO

I got my PhD in the Theory of Computation at the University of Connecticut in 1986. Most of my time since has been across the river at St Michael's, doing Math and computing. I have written a number of texts that are Free; see my website at https://hefferon.net. I came to UVM in 2023. In my spare time I like to jog and do ham radio.
