My clinical and academic interests are in the application of cognitive behavioral therapies, and the development of wellbeing practices and knowledge for medical students, physicians, and other healthcare professionals and trainees. My psychotherapy practice and clinical supervision include the following areas of focus:

  • Integrating cognitive therapy, exposure, and acceptance-based interventions for the treatment of anxiety and depression.
  • Psychotherapy and wellness planning for medical students, physicians, and other health-care professionals
  • Sport psychology and optimal performance consultation
