Diana Kyser is the Chief Operating Officer of SWK Technologies, a publicly traded company that provides transformation software and technology solutions to over 5,000 SMB, mid-market and small enterprises across the US. Prior to SWK, Diana was a serial entrepreneur; her first business was a software development firm in the early days of the PC, and her most successful was C3i, Inc., a $100M venture funded global technology solutions firm that she co-founded in 1993 and sold to Merck. Dr. Kyser has also held leadership positions in marketing, customer care, operations and human resources at large firms like American Express, JPMorgan Chase and LexisNexis, as well as startups like TheLadders.com. She received her MBA from New York University and her Doctorate in Business Administration from Temple University.
