BIO

Chris is a proven global technology and operations leader, business leader, board member, Chief Information and Operations Officer (CIOO) with deep experience in financial services and is an expert in acquisitions and divestitures.  He transforms businesses and solves complex problems with a holistic focus on people, process, data, technology and risk to distinctively improve the customer and employee experience.  Collaboratively aligns technology roadmaps to business strategies.  As an authentic leader, he is a team builder, champion of employee engagement, growth, and development.

As CIOO of MUFG for the Americas and Senior Advisor to CEO and direct report to MUFG Global CIO, Chris led the successful conversion of 1.2mm customers and the integration of operations and technology into U.S. Bank while maintaining organizational, system and operational stability.

As Chief Information Officer of U.S. Bank, Chris worked with the Management Team to modernize Line of Business, Technology and Support Functions.

Chris served in leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Bank of America across operations, technology, card services, information security, audit, project and change management.  He has Six Sigma Lean and Black Belt certifications and earned Series 7 and 24 licenses.

Chris graduated from University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He received his commission as a 2nd Lieutenant and served four years as an active duty Quartermaster Officer.    While serving on active duty, Chris earned his MBA from Pacific Lutheran University.
