UVM Affiliate housing is off-campus housing that is managed by other Burlington entities in partnership with UVM, and is only available for eligible UVM students. Students are eligible if one of these requirements is fulfilled:
- Undergraduate students who have fulfilled their four-semester residency requirement, or who did not have a residency requirement
- Graduate students
- Transfer students over 20 years old (full-time enrollment status required)
