Food systems research is on the rise across UVM and throughout Vermont. This fall, the Food Systems Research Institute is excited to launch the first annual Snap Talks, a fast-paced and fun event celebrating the incredible work happening at UVM.
YOU'RE INVITED: All are welcome to attend an afternoon of short, snappy research presentations from UVM students, faculty, and staff, featuring topics ranging from the sweet science of maple syrup to the development a food forest and much more.
