"This photo is from the first day of the internship when the other interns and I went up to the office roof to get a group photo. I spent time with them around the office throughout the experience and ended with a final presentation about my project to them. I learned about the key steps to developing a feature on a website from the front-end to the back-end (and how the two interact). I developed skills in programming languages I learned here at UVM along with languages I wasn't familiar with. We also had learning courses on business etiquette, organization, public speaking, and more. I'd also like to give a special thanks to Bob Erickson for supporting me throughout his Intro to Web Design course my freshman year. I applied a lot of knowledge from his course into the internship."
