COURSE  LIST OF LAB SESSIONS
  1. Tour of the lab/Set up lab groups/Check equipment list
  2. Lab.- Make your first medium /check for contamination
  3. Lab.- Set up for "Basic Cell Culture-I" experiment (this experiment runs for 72 hrs.)
  4. Lab.-  "Basic Cell Culture II-repeat" experiment (runs for 72 hrs.)/"Freeze cells"
  5. Lab.- "Unfreeze" test cells
  6. Lab - Receive your own test cells and set up for "Basic Cell Culture-III" experiment with your own cells-(runs for 72 hrs.)
  7. Lab - Discussion of Growth experiments and format of "Serum-Free" experiment.
  8. Lab - Run "Serum-Free" experiment-runs for 144 hrs.)
  9. Lab - Run  "Soft Agar" experiment .
  10. Lab - Stain and count clone plates from "Serum-Free" experiment
  11. Lab - Plant cells for "Karyology" and "Mycoplasma" experiments & Count soft agar plates
  12. Lab -  Do chromosome spreads and observe.
  13. Lab - Set up  "Mycoplasma" experiment
  14. Lab - Stain for mycoplasma and evaluate.
  15. Spring Break - over two laboratory periods.
  16. Lab -Set up for Molecular Biology experiments. .
