Bold, Brilliant, Brave, and Phenomenal: That’s UsThis engaging session hosted by Dr. Wanda Heading-Grant, Vice President for Human Resources, Diversity and Multicultural Affairs addresses some of the most critical issues facing professional women. This panel of highly accomplished scholars, leaders, and experts will explore and offer insights on how multigenerational environments, career paths, the political landscape, sexism and pay equity impact the experiences of women in academia and in other professional spheres. This session will also include perspectives on the value of sponsorship rather than mentorship, as well as intersectionality.
