Universal Design for Learning: Creating Writing Assignments to Foster Inclusive Learning

This workshop applies Universal Design for Learning principles to the art of creating writing assignments. We’ll explore how to create or adapt assignments to remove barriers to student success and enhance opportunities for all. This workshop will include studio working time for participants to create illustrative course materials, so participants should arrive with a particular course or assignment sequence in mind as a focus.
