On Thursday, April 18, 1996, the Mortar Board Honor Society, the Division of Student Affairs, and the Provost's Office, in conjunction with the schools and colleges of the University, will sponsor the 1996 Undergraduate Research Symposium.
We are interested in the works of students involved in independent studies, college honors, senior projects, readings and research, special topics, senior theses, or other undergraduate research projects. Any student or faculty member may act as a nominator, and self nominations are welcome.
All nominations are due in the Division of Student Affairs Office by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 1996. We will then contact students with a description of the symposium and will request a formal abstract describing their project. The abstract will serve as the student's application to the symposium and will be used by the Selection Committee in their decision.
