This tank was the home of four small Neolamprologous multifasciatus. Due to an unfortunate accident with a heater described in the link above, all but one of them died. I have only found 2 bodies, but I haven't seen any actual fish in months, so I'm thinking that perhaps it's empty. Last time I thought this, I saw a little tiny female left, after months of inactivity. David Banks, a fishy friend, was nice enough to give me one of his males, and I put him in. He did really well for several months (from summer to winter, 1999), but in December of 1999, he mysteriously died. I don't know what happened.. but now I'm back to where I started from, not knowing if there is a fish in the tank or not. There are lots of snails, so I still feed the tank, but I haven't seen any fish in a long time.
