I interned at AVATAR energy over the 2012 fall semester. I worked with the research and development department helping with small-scale digesters. I had multiple jobs within this internship they included; pH testing, ‘feeding’ the digester, random cleaning of equipment, and portioning out food waste for the digesters.

This internship dealt with food and cow waste; so if you don’t like poop.. don’t do this internship!

I also conducted an energy analysis for the computing technologies of Burlington City Hall. This included plugging in a watts-up meter and determining the phantom load of over 100 computing technologies. An excel sheet is attached so you can see the analysis.
