Study Abroad Program at Yunnan Normal University

To cater to the students from the University of Vermont (UVM) as well as other universities in the U.S., we designed a special study abroad program with the assistance from the Chinese Program at UVM.
This program offers students from UVM and other American colleges courses on Chinese language and other subjects, such as Chinese religion, Chinese minority nationalities, Chinese philogsophy, Sino-U.S. Business Relations. The students who have finished one or two years of Chinese language study at UVM or in a university in the U.S. may apply to come to study in this program for 1-3 terms, each of which lasts 7 weeks. Students may earn up to 27 credits in three terms. While studying in the program, each student may live with a Chinese family for a period of time and will also have a Chinese student as his/her speaking partner.
