If you place several photos on a slide, you’ll face the challenge of making them look good together. One key trick is using the Drawing toolbar’s features for aligning the images.

• Select all of the photos by holding down the SHIFT button while you click each picture.
• Click the toolbar’s Draw button and select Align Or Distribute. You can choose to align the images along their various edges or distribute them evenly, vertically, or horizontally on the slide.
