Use Multi-Colored Flags

A monochromatic flag that didn’t let you distinguish among different projects or levels of importance hampered the utility of the old flagging system. Now you can set a flag in one of six colors by opening a message and selecting the Actions, Follow-Up menu, then choosing the appropriately colored flag or by right-clicking on the transparent flag in the list of messages next to each message. Flagged items also will appear in the For Follow Up folder. When the project is finished, simply click the flag icon (to turn the flag into a check mark) or select Clear Flag (to delete the flag entirely).
