Outlook 2003 is good at catching spam, but even on the High filtering option, lots of junk mail gets through. Add a button to your toolbar to simplify adding spammers to the Junk Senders List by right-clicking a toolbar and selecting Customize. Click Actions on the left and scroll down to Add Sender To Junk Senders List on the right. Drag that selection to the toolbar where you want it to appear. Once it’s on the toolbar, right-click it to customize its appearance.
