If you’re bi-coastal or deal with international clients, adding a second time zone to your Calendar helps reduce errors from mental translations. Click Tools, Options, Calendar Options, and then Time Zone. Then check Show An Additional Time Zone and set and label both zones accordingly. The dual time zones will appear in both the Daily and Work Week views within the Calendar.
