You can publish your free/busy information online (for free, on Microsoft’s Web site) without publishing the complete details of your Calendar or worrying about a Web host. To set up the service, click Tools, Options, and Calendar Options. Click Free/Busy Options and specify how many months of information you want to publish and how often you want to update that information. Note that a .NET account is required and you must make your email address public. A browser window will step you through this part of the process.
