To quickly pull up a map of an address within Outlook’s Contacts database, just open a contact by double-clicking it, and then click Actions, Display Map Of Address. This will launch Internet Explorer and will map the address with MSN Maps & Directions. If the page doesn’t load or shows an error, it’s usually because the address is incomplete. Complete the address and try again.
