Outlook 2003 enhances the Junk Mail features from previous versions of Outlook. Access spam filtering under Actions, Junk E-Mail, then Junk E-Mail Options. Configure protection by selecting from None, Low, or High settings (a description follows each radio button), or choose Trusted Lists Only to accept mail only from people or domains on your Trusted Senders list. (This list is accessible via a tab on this same menu.) Select the check box at the bottom of the menu to permanently delete suspected spam, but be careful—once it’s gone, it can’t be recovered.
