Want to check messages on one machine but archive them on another? Set your secondary machine to download mail but leave it on the server. If your account is already set up, click Tools, E-mail Accounts, and then View Or Change Existing E-mail Accounts. Click the account you want to configure, and then click Change, More Settings, and then Advanced. Check the box reading Leave A Copy Of Messages On The Server.
