The Business History view is an extension of the Journal and provides an in-depth history of business activities. It is automatically updated when you create or update a sales Opportunity, make a phone call through Outlook, or send correspondence to an Account or Business Contact. This view is accessible by clicking Business Tools, Other, and Business History.
