For small businesses, Outlook’s utility as a sales support and administrative tool can be extended through the Business Contact Manager, which comes with select versions of Office and is installed separately (check your disk media). Note that the .NET Framework will also be installed and is included on the disk. Simply insert the Business Contact Manager disk and step through the install wizard to add the manager to your copy of Outlook.
