Find Information In An E-Mail
- Click Tools | Find |and Advanced Find.
- Select the Messages tab and select Subject Field And Message Body from the In drop-down menu.
- Enter your keyword(s) in the Search For The Word(s) field and click Find Now.
- Outlook will start searching for the selected keyword(s) and return any hits—it may take several minutes to search all of your email messages (especially if you’re scanning the entire message body).
- If Outlook returns too many hits, you can change keywords or select a subfolder to narrow the search further.
