You can use a sender’s language for message headers for notes you reply to, thus letting foreign mail clients handle From, To, and Subject fields properly. Click Tools, Options, Mail Format, and International Options. Here, uncheck Use English For Message Headers On Replies And Forwards. Recheck the box to always use English (note that this is not recommended)
