Archiving moves old files to a convenient place by creating an Archive Folders option in the Navigation Pane and runs automatically at preset intervals

• Configure AutoArchive by clicking Tools | Options | Other | AutoArchive.
• Here you can set how often it runs, whether to permanently delete old messages, and how old an item has to be to merit archival.
