Add A Sales Opportunity

Business Contact Manager excels at letting you categorize and track sales efforts. To view current sales opportunities (aka sales leads) visit the Tasks section and click the Opportunities subview in the Navigation Pane. To add an Opportunity, double-click in the blank area in the main viewing pane or select Actions, New Opportunity. Here you can add a sales lead and assign it to a contact (that contact must be in either the Accounts or Business Contacts categories; see tip #54).
