Steven Exler is the Technologist for Vermont EPSCoR, CIROH @ UVM and the Water Resources Institute with over 40 years of experience in application design and development. He holds a M.S. degree in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland. Steve started developing web based applications back in the 1990s when the "World Wide Web" was first taking form. After running a successful web based company, he moved to Vermont and has been happily working at the University of Vermont ever since.
