Alaina Dickason Roberts earned her BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont. She worked for Boeing for more than a decade supporting 767, 787, 777X, Chinook, and V-22 aircraft as a structural analyst and project manager. Alaina received her MS from Columbia University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and Vermont. She chaired the 2021 Earth & Space Conference and is past chair of ASCE’s Aerospace Division Executive Committee. She is currently pursuing a Structures PhD from UVM focusing on structural fatigue monitoring, modeling, and prediction. Alaina lives in Vermont with her husband and two children.
