The Academic Talent Acquisition and Retention Coordinator in the Division of Faculty Affairs works with the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs in developing an overarching and responsive recruitment strategy to support University priorities and diversity initiatives.

Crispina Pincus has been appointed as the Academic Talent Acquisition and Retention Coordinator in the Division of Faculty Affairs effective September 30, 2022. Crispina earned her bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Kalinga State University (Philippines) where she majored in Management, and a master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University (USA).

An internal hire, Crispina joins the Division of Faculty Affairs from the Department of Counseling, Human Development and Family Science where she provided administrative and program support to the CHDF Chair, the DOE American Sign Language (ASL) program, and the Graduate Counseling programs. Prior to that, she worked in the Mathematics Department at Columbia University, in the Office of the Registrar at Queensborough Community College of the City University of New York, and in the Office of Affirmative Action, Pluralism and Diversity Compliance at the same college.
