Grant proposal developer in Research Development. Previous experience as a project manager, writer, scientific careers mentor, and educator with two decades of research experience. Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolution with postdoctoral and biotech industry experience, having worked as a vector biologist and ecologist with a broad background in evolution of vectors and infectious disease.

Previous research topics include innovative arthropod control to reduce vector-borne pathogen transmission, especially malaria, effects of temperature on transmission and parasite development, and additional work on molecular phylogenetics of vertebrates and of parasites, as well as in commercial antibody development.
