BIO

Chris Berger earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota in 1991 and subsequently conducted post-doctoral research at the University of Pennsylvania. He has been a faculty member at the University of Vermont since 1994, holding a primary appointment in Molecular Physiology & Biophysics and a secondary appointment in Biochemistry. Berger is actively engaged in the CMB Program, having served as the Program Director from 2003 to 2006, and he currently holds the position of Director of Graduate Education for the College of Medicine.
