Welcome to the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (ODEI) at the UVM Larner College of Medicine. We believe diversity and inclusion are essential for institutional excellence, fostering innovation and problem-solving crucial in medicine.
Our work promotes a culture that is supportive for all members of our communities. We are guided by a comprehensive strategic plan that supports the education, recruitment and retention of talented employees and students who contribute to the excellence of the institution.
