UVM Exchange Online accounts for active students, faculty, and staff have 100GB of storage for their email, calendar, and other exchange-related data. Departmental accounts and accounts for non-salaried faculty, retirees, and recent former students have 50GB of storage. While possible, it is extremely unlikely for the vast majority of users to even approach the storage cap.
Beware of emails reporting that you have reached your inbox cap!

Finding your Mailbox Usage
Windows - Outlook for Microsoft 365
- Click File near the top left corner.
- In the Account Information pane, your mailbox usage will appear under Mailbox Settings.
Outlook Online
- Log in to Outlook Online.
- Click the Gear icon near the upper-right corner to open the Settings menu, and then click View all Outlook settings.
- Within the Account tab on the left side, select Storage to see your mailbox usage data.
