BIO

Masha is providing administrative support to the Division for Inclusive Excellence Sr. Executive Directors and Divisional Staff; logistically supporting diversity trainings for staff and faculty; arranging speakers/trainers/educators contracts and travel; assisting with maintaining the budget; supervising and training student employees; overseeing Allen House building maintenance and room reservations; supporting hiring committees; collaborating with campus partners for special events like: MLK day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Inclusive Excellence Symposium, Faculty and Staff of Color gatherings, Health Equity Summit etc. 

Masha was born and raised in West Siberian region of USSR and grew up in Post-Communist Russia. At the time, The Iron Curtain has fallen, and she was fortunate to catch a travel bug from early childhood. Constant thirst of adventure took her to many unusual and amazing places on earth, where she had a chance to experience living amongst cultures other than her own. 

Her first introduction to life in Vermont was while in High School. Many years later this unique state became her home, where she lives a typical life of a Vermonter filled with spending time on the lake, hiking, snowshoeing, practicing hot yoga, dance, traveling to Montreal, and enjoying food from the local farms.
