At some point shortly after they moved to North Avenue, Brault also suggested to Parrington that he might want to start a trailer park. Many of Brault's co-workers at Bell Aircraft were also interested in finding a park where they could place their trailers. Farrington agreed to Brault's proposal and the two men went into partnership later that year Brault and Farrington began to make improvements to the park in preparation for more trailers. 29
