Talking PIES for the holidays
Kaitlin Northey and Valerie F. Wood, two of the three authors of the PIES study, Promoting Inclusion & Exploring Supports, recently sat down to talk about the study's findings.
Their study looks at Vermont's early childhood education spaces, and tries to find out why children with disabilities have such a high rate of suspension and expulsion in the state. The video is captioned, and also available as a full transcript.
